Amelia F. Frantz (86) of Feura Bush, NY formerly of West Coxsackie and Batavia, NY passed away at St. Peter's Hosp. in Albany, NY on Aug. 19, 2011. She was born in Batavia, NY on April 29, 1925 daughter of the late William & Clara (Jones) Scheer. Amelia was a life long resident of Batavia, moving to Bethany Village in West Coxsackie after the death of her husband to be near her son. The last three years she has been living with her son in Feura Bush. She was an accomplished seamstress and quilter and enjoyed reading and gardening. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a gentle soul. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Harold Frantz and a sister Helen Cultrara Surviving is her son Ron Frantz of Feura Bush, NY.
