Obituary of Ralph Furman

WESTERLO - Ralph Furman, 68, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the Community Hospice Inn of St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Albany on July 16, 1942, he was son of the late Stanley and Dorothy Lockwood Furman. Ralph was a lifelong resident of Westerlo. He was retired from the Albany County Department of Public Works. Ralph was an enthusiastic NASCAR follower and an avid fan of Dale Earnhardt Jr. Ralph is survived by his wife, Janet E. Chrysler Furman; son, Jeffery Furman; brothers, Ronald (Jone), Roger (late Carol) and Gerald (Nina) Furman; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14 in Westerlo Rural Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Westerlo Rescue Squad, P.O.
